It's Friday!! Not only is the weekend almost here...but it's also time for another one of Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenges!!
My Sale-a-bration preorder sets came yesterday...and I couldn't wait to ink them up! I thought this set (So Many Scallops) would be perfect for Beate's sketch.! My new catalog items should be here today...and I can't wait!!
I dry embossed some dots (from the Dots brass stencil) on the Old Olive panel and then highlighted it a little with my white gel pen.
To see some more fabulous samples for this sketch, make sure you check out what Beate, Cambria, Charmaine, Jenn, Lori, Mary Jo, & Sharon have made!
Have a wonderful day! ~Laurie

I REALLY like this card. I checked out the other cards that you posted, but I have to say I like your's the best. I haven't been able to stamp in the past few weeks because of morning sickness, but this card inspires me to sit at my table and make a card with this sketch challenge. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with all the wonderful ideas I see on-line that I just get paralyzed. Any tips? Thanks for posting daily on your blog. I am a fan!
