Happy Thursday! I've got some exciting news to share with you today!! I'm sure you've heard about Taylor's exciting new venture...her very own line of stamps: Stamp a Sweet Impression (SASI)! Well, it is my privilege and honor to be a part of her Baker's Dozen Rotating Design Team!!
There will be three new sets debuting tomorrow: Sweet Celebration, Frightful Night, & Trick or Sweet...all deeply etched unmounted stamps (they come on EZ mount cling cushion). Not only are the stamps super cute...but the way they are packaged are FANTASTIC!! Check out Taylor's blog today for more info on that!!!
The first "sneak peek" I'm sharing today is a card I made with the Frightful Night set (all stamps are available exclusively at Taylored Expressions). I stamped the "Boo!" stamp on the door of the house...which I cut around three sides so that it would open just like a door would. I then placed the ghost (that I stamped, cut out, & added Frosted Lace Stickles to) so that he was "peeking" out of the door.
The house is mounted on a black partial circle using 1/16" Foam Tape. I also stitched along the bottom to sort of ground the sentiment.
Here's a card I made using the Trick or Sweet set...
I stamped the image using Memento Black ink and colored with Copics. I couldn't resist adding some Lavender Stickles to the cape...it was just begging to be made sparkly!! LOL!
All of the Prism cardstock, patterned paper, brads, & ribbons that I used are all part of Halloween Key Ingredients kit! There even is a container of matching glitter included!!!
Make sure to check out Taylor's blog for a complete list of the Baker's Dozen Rotating Design Team members (the Senior Design Team was announced yesterday)!! Also...don't forget to check back tomorrow...I will have another project to show you using the Sweet Celebration set and ALL THREE of these new sets will be available for purchase!!
Have a wonderful day!! ~Laurie

Laurie, these Halloween cards are totally adorable! Quick cute story . . . I'm trying to make a card that's totally not my style and it's driving me crazy. I e-mailed my friend with my complaints and said, "I should rename my blog to be, 'just give me my brush'". We got a chuckle out of that when we remembered your title is "just give me stamps". Hugs, Jerri
