In keeping with the birthday theme, I created a little gift set using the new Fancy Phrases set and Claire's fabulous Piece of Cake Template (click HERE for the SVG version)!
I stamped the decorative flourish (included in the Fancy Phrases set) in the corners directly on the patterned paper (K & Co.). The sentiment is embossed using Black Detail e.p. and the wee heart (also from the Fancy Phrases set) was stamped in red. To finish it off, I added a little stitching, ribbon, paper bird (made from a punch), and a Prima flower.
I have to tell you, that Claire's Piece of CakeTemplate was a "piece of cake" to make!! I know...I'm corny, but I couldn't help it! LOL! Seriously though, this came together SO quickly! And OMGosh, how CUTE is this little slice of paper goodness!!!??!! I can't wait to use this template to make some favors for my kids' birthday parties!
All eight new sets are now available at the Waltzingmouse store! I know you've seen peeks of them, but trust me when I say that you will want to see ALL of them!! They are fantastic!!
