Welcome to Day 1 of the August Waltzingmouse SOAP (Stamp of Approval Parade)! For four days, the Design Team will be sharing projects made with previously released sets. The first three days we will be featuring the sets released in July and the fourth day we will share projects made with the Afternoon Tea set! LOTS and lots of inspiration is headed your way! :-)
My card today features one of the small circle cameos and border image from the Ovals - Classic Frames set and a sentiment from the Fancy Phrases set! I've had this square doily cutout (cut using my cricut) sitting on my desk for a couple of weeks now and the other day I had this thought that it would look great paired with some of Claire's cameos! :-)
This card will be mailed out soon (I KNOW...I'm actually giving some of my cards away!!)! :-) My mom was recently diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. Thankfully, it was caught early and treatment looks very good. Even though we are very relieved about that...it is still a lot to go through...again. So I thought I would make good use of my cards (that I so love to make) and send them over to cheer her up! :-)
