Good morning! The inspiration continues over at the Bella blog! The amount of eye candy that has been shown over there is unreal! All of these projects were made for the CHA booth using the brand new (soon to be released) collections!
Out of all the cards that I made for Bella's CHA booth this year, this is my favorite! I know, it's a rather simple one...but the patterned paper is my favorite, the Crochet Heart is my favorite, and the colors...yep, you guessed it...they're my favorite! LOL! It's hard to pick a favorite when there are so many gorgeous things, but this large, pink chevron paper is SO pretty!!
Except for the Crochet Heart and Star Button, everything else is from the new Engaged At Last collection!
I made an elongated "gate fold" card with a heart cutout (using my Silhouette Cameo). The card stays closed because of the ribbon. Once the recipient opens the ribbon, the card will open up.
Well, today is laundry day for me. Normally, the whole laundry room is filled to the brim (there are six of us) but I've been keeping up with it this week! Yay me! LOL! I always tell myself that I'm going to do that...but time slips away. We're also finishing up painting Ali's room. She outgrew the spring green color that she insisted on having six years ago! LOL! Now she has a soft, creamy tan (which she picked out herself). Before we came home from Seattle, my DH took down her loft bed (not a good idea to have right after two brain surgeries) and installed new furniture. Her furniture is all white. Her new bedding is white with large black damasks on it. She has a few soft aqua and pink accents. Her bedroom is rather small, so all of the white furniture really help to make it feel bigger! :-)
Wow, I'm really on a roll with my chattering! I think someone is not wanting to do laundry... Teeheeee!
