Good morning! It's Friday....Woohooooo! This has been an especially long week for me so I am looking forward to a little rest this weekend! :-)
The other day, I had a little play time in my stamp room...just me and my stamps! It was great! Every week, a new little Unity treasure arrives at my house (part of the Unity Stamp of the Week) and I wanted to make sure the newest one saw some ink! :-)
It was love at first sight as soon as this stamp showed up at my house! I also knew rigtht away that I wanted to create my card using kraft...it has such a warm feeling to it, doesn't it? Just like a home should have! :-)
After stamping my image, I colored it in with Copic markers. In keeping with the rustic feel, I roughed up and stitched around the edges, and then added some buttons. As a final touch, I added a bit of sparkle to parts of the image using my Sakura Stardust pen and some Glossy Accents to the heart.
