Hi friends! Welcome to the April Waltzingmouse Release Waltz! Three brand new sets are now released and can be seen over at the Waltzingmouse Store!
You won't want to miss any of the projects today! Not only are they FULL of inspiration, but someone will win a brand new Waltzingmouse stamp! Make sure to comment on all of the blogs to increase your chances of winning!
I have two cards to share with you today! The first uses the uber sweet new set, Nordic Baby! I went vintage on my card, and had a blast inking up edges and grunging up the baby a bit! I used two images from the set as well as two sentiments. I just love how the sentiments are separate so that it is easy to stamp them in different colors!
For my second card, I used the new Man of the Hour set! Oh how I love the sentiments (and wonderful mix of fonts) that Claire put into this set! What a fabulous addition to my stamp library!!
I again got all inky with my card! I started by painting a white wash over some of the patterned paper pieces and then inking up the edges in a soft brown. The focal sentiment is embossed using a dark brown embossing powder.
Ready for more inspiration? Sarah is up next on the Waltz and I'm sure she will have some serious eye candy ready for you!
