Happy Friday!! I can't believe it's Friday already!! Woohoo!! :-) Not only does that mean it's almost the weekend...but it's time for another one of Beate's awesome Weekend Sketch challenges!!
It seems that lately I've had a million things to do...and not enough time to do them in! I'm sure you all can relate! LOL! Well, one of things that I should have already done was make a card welcoming some new neighbors...but better late than never, right? :-) I kept my card simple today...and let my patterned paper do most of the workfor me (I looooove Stampin' Up!'s new Maine Blueberry Collection)!
I embossed the bird from the Flourished Christian Symbols set (by Our Daily Bread Designs) and then used a Copic marker to highlight some of the swirls (and of course had to add some rhinestones :-).
You won't want to miss seeing what Beate, Cambria, Charmaine, Jenn, Lori, Mary Jo, & Sharon have created using this sketch...they never cease to amaze!!
Well, today is my "catch up" day (aside from running my daughter to the orthodontist LOL!!), so hopefully I'll have lots of new stuff to share with you this weekend!
Enjoy your Friday! ~Laurie
