Happy New Year!!! Like I mentioned yesterday, I just LOVE New Year's Day!! I am an unapologetic optimist...and I just love thinking about all of the wonderful possibilities that lie in the year ahead! Sappy, I know...but it's so much more fun than worrying about the trials that may come! LOL! I'm not much of a "resolution" type of girl...but one goal I have is to actually show my love for my family and friends more. I am so blessed with the people that are in my life, and I really should be letting them know how awesome they are more often! :-)
So, did you see all of the adorable SASI (Stamp a Sweet Impression) peeks yesterday? Don't those Calendar sets look like so much fun??!! Well, today the Baker's Dozen DT is showing peeks of the new set, Love is Sweet which is just perfect for Valentine's Day!! Does it get any better than cupcakes and chocolate?!!? LOL!
I stamped the cupcake with the kiss mark (how CUTE is he???), the box of chocolates, and the sentiment onto Choice White c.s. with Brown Memento Ink and colored them in with my Copics (parts of the Choc. box and the cuppie's bottom were paper pieced with patterned paper). I added Crystal Effects to the chocolates and the kiss mark. The Chocolate Twill and Pink Candy Dot are both from Taylored Expressions. The heart brads are from the new Key Ingredients pack (available tonight at midnight).
This heart box is just a small box of chocolates that I picked up at a local store, and covered with patterned paper (from Stampin' Up!'s Sweet Always collection).
