Happy Wednesday! Today, I have a sneak peek of Taylor's brand new "Sweet Spring" set to show you! I literally squealed with delight when I saw these new stamps!! The looks on their little cupcake faces absolutely crack me up!! I love them!! The only problem I had was deciding which one to use first...LOL!!
Since I had it in my mind that I wanted to make one of Cami's Tri Fold Cards, I ended up choosing an image that would work with the little "peek" window. LOL!
I stamped my image onto Choice Buttercream c.s. (this cardstock colors like a dream!), and colored it in with Copics. Well, all but the paper pieced cupcake bottom is colored with copics. I then cut the image out and mounted it in the inside of the card - directly onto the My Mind's Eye patterned paper (included in this month's Key Ingredients!). The "egg" shaped paper behind the egg word was added completely by accident! I wasn't paying attention when I was inking my stamp up...and somehow didn't get ink on the "egg" word. So, instead of throwing my tag away, I decided to cover my mistake up! :-) For embellishments, I added some ribbon, and a flower that I put together using one pink felt flower and one pink sparkly flower (held together with a pink sparkly brad)...all included in this month's Key Ingredients packet!
