I used the soon to be released Thankful Accents set. Isn't that circle image just GORGEOUS?!!?! Mmmm, mmm! Speaking of circles...I added mine to my card even though the sketch doesn't contain a circle. That's what I love about sketches...they are meant to inspire not restrict creativity!
