Happy Monday to you! Today Waltzingmouse Stamps is releasing three brand new stamp sets!! And to celebrate, we're putting on another blog hop, so there should be oodles of inspiration for you to see! :-) If you've arrived here from Jennifer's blog then you're right on track, but if you've just popped in to see what's new here then hop on over to Claire's blog and she'll get you started! :-)
I just couldn't get enough of these beaaaaauuuutiful flowers (from the new Roses In Bloom set)! Instead of paper piecing the flowers (like I did in my last post) I used my Tombow markers to watercolor them. I framed them by first stamping one of the label images (from the Very Vintage Labels No. 1set) using Perfect Plumeria Versamagic ink. I then used my Labels 1 dies to cut multiple layers. To put the finishing touches on, I added some stitching, rounded corners, ribbon, an embossed sentiment (also from the Roses In Bloom set), rhinestones, and a Melody Ross charm! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the Stickles I added to the rose centers! :-)
Here's a peek of the inside of the card! I used some coordinating patterned paper (from the new My Mind's Eye Quite Contrary Line) and another sentiment included in the Roses set!
Next stop on the hop is Lynn's blog! OH...Claire is giving away a FREE STAMP set to TWO LUCKY commenters...so be sure to leave some love at each stop aong the way to ensure your chance for winning!!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoy your day! ~Laurie
