2011 Favorites Part 1 and a Giveaway!

Hello!  Happy New Year's Eve!  I thought I would share some of my favorite projects that I made last year!  But WAIT, there's more (said in my best infomercial voice)!  Teeheheee!  I'm also giving away some yummy papercrafting goodies!  And by yummy, I mean stuff that I personally swoon over!  LOL!  So go and grab your favorite hot drink and enjoy!  :-)

From January, I posted this fun rainbow card using Verve's To the Moon set.  I love, love, love rainbow colors!  I mean, it's just pure happiness!  :-)

My favorite for February was this bright and fun card using the Friendly Flowers set from Paper Smooches.

In March, I post this thank you card featuring the Musical Backgrounds and Fancy Phrases sets fro Waltzingmouse Stamps!

For April, I couldn't choose just one card.  The first one is probably one of the best representations of my card making style.  Yes, I love to make all sorts of different cards, but this vintage style is my favorite!  To complete this card, I used a sentiment from Verve's Happy Phrases set.

This second card features Verve's Faithful Phrases set.  The yellow and white combo is definitely a favorite of mine!  :-)

For my card, I used the soon to be released Vogue Abode set!  You are going to LOVE this fun and swanky new set!  I used patterned paper for the background layers and then colored the focal image with Copics.

Christmas Greetings...

Happy Christmas Eve!  I thought I would be able to sneak in here yesterday to post this, but time got away from me again.  All of our gifts are wrapped, and now I get to spend the day with my family!  Before we head out to the Christmas Eve service at our church, we will get in as much eating, playing games, sledding, and watching movies as we can!  :-)

Before I go, I want to share with you the last couple of Christmas cards for this year.

This first one features some quick chipboard pieces, patterned paper (both from Echo Park), and an elegant sentiment (from Verve's Bright Spirits stamp set).

My next card features some beautiful patterned paper and sticker pieces (from Melissa Frances) as well as another sentiment from Verve's Bright Spirits stamp set.

Non Traditional Colors, but Festive as Ever...

Good morning!  It's my turn again to share some Holiday projects featuring Glitz's beautiful papers and embellishments!

For both of my projects today, I used papers and embellishments from the Dance in Sunshine collection!  I thought the soft purple and teals in this collection would look so pretty all dressed up for the Holidays!  :-)

For my first project, I created a soft and festive bag...perfect for tucking a small gift or card set inside!  Along with the papers (all from the Dance in Sunshine collection), I used a heart garland Whatnot to further embellish my bag.

For my next project, I created a matching card using many of the same papers and embellishments!  The focal image on this card is the Peek-a-Boo frame with the stamped sentiment.  I just love how all of the elements in this collection works so well together!
