Welcome to our Holiday 2012 Spotlight Hops! We're releasing four new sets and a plain jane tonight! All of the stamps you see featured will be available in the Verve store following our release party from 9-11pm Eastern on Friday, November 2!
In the meantime, we've got a fun filled hop for you today! So let your fingers do the clicking and peek into the creative minds of Verve's talented Divas as they give you a little tour of what's to come! Inspiration abounds, and so do the PRIZES!
That's right! We've picked a mystery blog from today's hop and hidden a prize! So be sure to give a little shout out in the comment section as you hop around to each blog on the list. We'll draw a random winner from all of the comments on the mystery blog to win today's featured stamps. Check out the Verve Blog for all the prize details and deadlines.
Today, the Divas are sharing projects made with the new Holiday Greetings set!
I'm not even sure how I ended up with the shape of the card that I did, but I do like it! LOL! It all started with me wanting to add a curved panel at the bottom of my card. I think I was just so engrossed with my book I was listening to (Julee got me hooked on Audible :-) that I did't pay attention to how many layers I was actually cutting! LOL!! After laughing at myself, I decided that I would just go with it! :-)
I used the wreath image (I love the folksy look of it!!) and one one of the sentiments included in the Holiday Greetings set! Even though I colored the image with Copics, I was trying to mimic water coloring, so I purposefully colored out of the lines! Hee!
Want to see some more Holiday Greetings inspiration? Check out what the other Divas have created...
