A Couple of Paper Smooches Cards...

 Hi friends!  I'm a little behind in sharing some of my Paper Smooches cards, so I thought I would share a couple of them with you today.

 

This first one is actually being shared over at the Paper Smooches blog today!  I used the new Slang Gang set (all the new sets including this one will be released tomorrow!!)!  I stamped the dude sentiment all over the background layer and then embossed the You're the Bomb sentiment on the bomb.  The bomb is a cutting file I downloaded from the Silhouette Store.  Having three boys, I can see using these sentiments a lot!  So fun!  :-)

This card was shared a while ago on the Paper Smooches blog (blush), but I really wanted to share it here as well.  I used the First Aid Kit set along with the new Borders 1 dies.  I love, love, love this set!  I am horrible about sending get well cards, but really...what could be more encouraging than receiving one of these when you aren't feeling well?  I need to get better about sending these out!  :-)

Well, I am spending this cold Tuesday in my stamp room!  I have lots of fun stuff coming up to share with you!  :-)

Happy Monday, friends!  Today, I am hosting the Make it Monday Challenge over at StampTV!  The theme is "April Showers Bring May Flowers".  If you get a chance, I would love it if you checked it out!

Here's the card I created for the challenge!  Since I am (not so patiently) awaiting Spring to finally make it to Montana, I most definitely have flowers on my mind!  So that is what I focused on!  I used the Birds and Blossoms set to create this flowery card.  :-)

Okay...first, I have to tell you that I got SO hungry while coloring this image!  LOL!  Doesn't that sandwich look amazing?  Mmmmm!  It's times like these that living an hour from the nearest town in a bummer!  :-)

For my card, I used the brand new Think Fast set!  And what a FUN set this is!!  I started by embossing the sandwich onto watercolor paper and then colored it in using a combination of Tombow and Distress markers along with a little bit of water.  I stamped the sentiment (also included in the Think Fast set) on the top left corner and then added some sequins and circles for embellishment.

Glitz Blog Hop - Love You Madly...

Hi friends!  Today I'm hopping along with the rest of the Glitz Design Team as we share projects made with the Love You Madly collection!

This will be my last post as a Glitz Design Team member and I wanted to say a big thank you to the Glitz Girls and Lea Lawson (DT Coordinator) for the wonderful opportunity to be on this team!  Even though I will no longer be a design team member, I will continue to be a fan and cannot wait to see all the fun things they come up with!

 

For my card, I used a combination of Love You Madly papers, stickers, Whatnots, Washi Tape, & even a Giant Rhinestone!  I just love how all of these products coordinate so wonderfully!
