Today, the design team is sharing projects created with the new Lots of Lines and Poster Board Christmas sets!
For my first card, I created a simple and easy to mass produce Christmas card using the new Poster Board Christmas set (illustrated by Rebecca Oehlers). With our little bundle arriving any day now, I know that all of my Christmas cards will need to be quick ones this year. I absolutely love how the berries are a separate stamp from the leaves on this wreath...allowing me to easily stamp two different colors in no time at all! I used the coordinating cut file for the wreath so this card was especially fast to make! :-)
I wanted my sentiment to go across the wreath but didn't want to cover too much of it up so I ended up only inking the Joyful Wishes part (leaving off the Peace, Love, &) with Fresh Asparagus ink.
For embellishment, I added some Fresh Asparagus Organza ribbon and a few mini jingle bells.
For my second card, I used the Lots of Lines set (illustrated by Beth Silaika) to create this Fall colored thank you card! I know it looks yellow in the photo, but the cardstock strip on the side is actually a shimmery gold. For the ink colors, I used the following Gina K inks: Edible Eggplant, Faded Brick, Fresh Asparagus, Honey Mustard, & Sweet Corn. Such delicious Fall colors, yes?
For the embellishments, I kept it very simple (and easy to mail) by adding only a few gold sequins.
