Good morning friends! I've got a couple of Easter cards to share with you today! Can you believe it's almost Easter time? Oh my word, but time is going by quickly! :-)
This first card is a fun mixture of all sorts of papers and embellishments! Instead of creating a regular card, I created a background with two pockets to hold tags. This is such a fun thing to give away because the "card" itself is a gift, but the tags will be something that the recipient can use as well! :-)
Here's a look at one of the tags that was tucked into the top pocket. It's pretty simple in design, butthe pretty ,soft Easter colors make it festive.
And here's the second tag. I started with a vellum tag base and embellished it with several Springy looking stickers!
For my second card, I created my own Easter basket by weaving strips of neutral patterned paper together. Once my rectangle was finished, I cut the sides off at an angle and then rounded the corners. I finished the basket with some ribbon trims.
The eggs are just pieces of patterned paper that I punched out using my oval punch. I added some clear, chunky glitter around the edges for some added prettiness.
