Gina K June Release Hop Day 1...

For my first card, I used Melanie's newest set Fabulous Frames. (I noticed that this set is currently sold out, but you can see all of Melanie's gorgeous sets HERE!) I colored the flower and leaves using several Spectrum Noir markers (LOVE these markers)! The patterned paper is from the new Ang and Me 6 x 6 paper pad.

My next card features the new Let's Talk stamp set illustrated by Debbie Corbari! I just love the sassy sentiments and lovely fonts...and those speech bubbles...SO fun! I used a notebook embossing folder and inked it up a little with some silver ink.

My card features the new Ghoulfriends set! I used six images from this new set (the stem and leaf on the pumpkin are separate images). For embellishment, I added some twine, a gemstone, and some epoxy stars!

Blissful Banners...

Hi friends! I thought that I would pop in here and share a little of what I've been up to lately! :-) I'm still working on getting my new stamp room set up, but it is still very slow going. When you see the photos later on in this post, you will understand why! :-)

But first, here's a little something crafty...

I created this using the new Blissful Banners set form Paper Smooches! I have always loved the Streamers dies from Paper Smooches and am so glad to now have some more stamps that coordinate with them!

I have been pretty bad about sharing photos here of our little guy. He is definitely a lot of fun and we have been enjoying every single minute with him! He's 8 1/2 months old now, loves to smile, laugh, play with his brothers and sister, and do just about anything outside! He doesn't just smile...he smiles with his whole body! It amazes me how such a little person can contain so much joy!

Some of the things that he does not like to do are: sleep, ride in his car seat, sleep, eat anything except purees, and did I mention sleep? :-)

And now...here are a few photos of my busy little guy. Sorry about the poor quality...I took them with my phone and it was hard to get him when he was not moving! Heeheee!

Yes, after he showed up this trick...we installed safety latches on all of our cabinets and drawers!

He's pretty pleased with himself!

Aaaaaand he's off!

Well, speaking of my little guy...I had better go and see what he is up to! :-)

With Deepest Thanks...

Good morning friends! Things have been uber busy around here lately. I am so happy to report, though, that things should be drastically slowing down for us now! Yay!! Also, I will soon be sharing photos of my brand new stamping space! We built a little studio about 15 feet from our house and I almost have everything put back together. It's amazing how slow things go when you have an active little guy with you...that happens to love getting into everything! :-) As soon as I can, I will be sharing photos with you! ((Also, be on the lookout for some major giveaways!!)) :-)

I could not wait to make this card! I was holding my little guy the other night (who was not feeling well and only wanted mommy) and I started daydreaming about cards! I absolutely adore the Happy Harbor set and was thinking about the anchor image specifically. This card is what popped into my mind...

I started by stamping one of the line images form the So Stripey set three times. The anchor (from the Happy Harbor set) is stamped in a lighter gray and the sentiment (from the Here We Go set) is stamped in black ink. The cute little felt hearts were cut out using the Love Notes Confetti Cuts (probably my favorite RC dies ever).
