For my card, I used the brand new Noggin Toppers stamp set!  In true Kim fashion, this set not only has THE cutest name ever but is chuck full of super fun images and sentiments!  I chose to create a card for my 8 year old son.  I chose primary colors for the background to the sentiment and baseball cap image (his favorite kind of hat).  I threw in some wooden stars for some extra fun!  :-)

Waltzingmouse October Release Hop...

Welcome!  It's here!  All of the new Waltzingmouse stamps and dies that we have been previewing the last few days are now available over at the Waltzingmouse Stamps Store!  We're celebrating with a blog hop featuring more projects made with the new goodies!  If you are following along, you should have arrived here from Sandie's blog.  If you are just joining us, make sure to head on over to Claire's blog...she will get you started!

 

I literally squealed with delight when I saw the little Hershey's Kiss image in the new Elf Made stamp set!  SOOOO fun!!  (For a closer view, click on the photo.)  And that's not all...there are a couple of sentiments that go with it!  :-)  I just had to whip up a little package filled with some of these sweet little chocolate kisses!  I used the Stitched Tag dies form Waltzingmouse, along with a vellum gift bag.

Waltzingmouse October Previews - Elf Made

 Welcome to the third and final day of the October Waltzingmouse Previews!  New stamps and dies will be released tomorrow, October 28th!  Today the design team is sharing projects made with the new Elf Made stamp set!

 

There is so much that I love about this new set!!  First off, our family LOVES the movie Elf!  I think we watch it at least 5 times every year!  So, when I saw this image with the "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear" quote around it, I knew I had to use it!  (((Grin)))  I also used one of the larger sentiments (embossed on the vellum in white), along with four other stamps to create the checklist layer.  I tucked a die cut snowflake (I used the Snowflake # Three die) in there for some added festiveness!

Waltzingmouse October Previews - Jolly Old Elf

 Welcome to the second day of the October Waltzingmouse Previews!  New stamps and dies will be released on October 28th!  Today the design team is sharing projects made with the new Jolly Old Elf stamp set!

 

I think my favorite thing about this stamp set is all of the choices that Claire has included!  Seriously, there are SO many different options to choose from!  I also really love that many of the stamps are separate...making it easier to create different colored parts (the torso, hat, berries, pants, and boots are separate images). 

 

I wanted to make it look like he was holding the sentiment banner, so I cut around the mittens and tucked the banner under them.

Waltzingmouse October Preview - Flurries

Welcome to the first day of the October Waltzingmouse Previews!  New stamps and dies will be released on October 28th!  Today the design team is sharing projects made with the new Flurries stamp set!

 

I have a confession to make.  I rarely get cards mailed to my husband's friends over in Switzerland before Christmas.  I know, I should totally plan ahead and send them early...and I do make an effort every single year.  I think I have only managed it one time.  Yikes.  Anyway, I have decided to embrace my tardiness and send New Year's cards!  I feel much better about this since many of his friends do the same thing!  LOL!

I combined some very sparkly paper with 3 of the images/sentiments from the new Flurries set!  I used circle punches and self adhesive glitter paper to make this an easy to mass produce card!

 

 

Keeping with my clean and simple theme, I created another easy to mass produce card that is also easy to mail (no embellishments)!  Do you see that fun label shape?  It's called Pretty Panels #1 and is one of the two new Pretty Panels dies that will be released on the 28th as well!

I used another of the images along with a sentiment from the new Flurries set!
