Reverse Confetti "Spring is in the Air" Blog Hop...

I chose to create a teacher thank you gift.  As a mom of 5, Spring usually means that I had better start preparing for the end of the year teacher and other school gifts!

I filled a decorative bag with some cute notebooks, sticky notes, and a gift card.  I decorated the front using a Pina Colada Quick Card Panel, stamps from the Class Act set (cut our with the coordinating Class Act Confetti Cuts dies), a felt banner die cut using the Double Banner Garland Confetti Cuts, and some various embellishments.

My card features the new Waves Die Set!  This is such a versatile fun die set...one that will be a staple for me!  Instead of using them as waves, I decided to turn them into scalloped borders.  I also used the new Feathers 2 Die set as well as the previously released Many Thanks stamp set!

Gina K Mini Inspiration Hop...

Good morning!  A few of the Gina K Design Team members are participating in a mini hop today!  We're sharing some inspiration using the latest Gina K Designs release!

For my first card, I created a monochromatic card using Theresa's new Elegant Florals 2 set.  I used Gina K's White Pigment, Black Onyx, & Kraft ink pads on Kraft cardstock to create a natural look.

 

My second card features Beth's new Delicate Damask stamp set.  For the focal image damask, I did a little double stamping with the White Pigment Ink as the base.  I love how this softens the image!  :-)

 

For my third and final card, I used Melanie's new Triple Play stamp set.  I stamped one of the small flower images onto some gingham patterned paper.  I thought a circle shaped card would give the card more of a feminine feel.  :-)

You're the Bestest...

Good morning!  I was playing around with some of the new goodies from Reverse Confetti the other day and created this bright ans simple card...

 

I am sooooo loving the Pina Colada Quick Card Panels!  It's hard to tell from the photos, but they are such great quality!  They are heavy weight and the color is very saturated!  They are also the perfect size for layering!  I added a stamped, die cut, and glitterfied pineapple (using the new Pineapples Aplenty stamp set and Pineapples Aplenty Confetti Cuts).  I added the black hello die cut (using the Hello Confetti Cuts die) over the pineapple.  I tucked in a couple of die cuts heart (I used the Love Note Confetti Cuts die set) and then stamped a sentiment (from the Fancy Word Coordinates stamp set) on the bottom.
