Welcome back to Day 2 of Verve's October 2015 Spotlight Hops! The Verve Divas are back for another day of spotlighting the new release! It's release day and everything you've seen spotlighted yesterday and today is available to order in the Verve store! Due to manufacturing delays the Good Work set is available as a pre-order only. This set! I can't even tell you how much I love it! The sentiments...I cannot wait to make some cards for friends for encouragement! And to make some bookmarks for myself as encouragement! And then you have those gorgeous leaves and wheat image! Love, love, love this set! In fact, the new Good Work set just might be my new all time Verve favorite!
I embossed the sentiment on vellum and punched it out. For the background, I did a watercolor wash using some Autumn-ish colors and then spritzed it all with a gold ink spray (it is so sparkly in real life). I then stamped the wheat and leaves using a light brown ink. for the finishing touch, I stamped and cut out the largest leaf and then sprinkled on some sequins from the Frosted Snowfall Sequin Mix.
