Hi friends! I'm just popping in here to change up the scenery a bit! :-) I created this Christmas card a while back and thought that I would share it with you today.
I used the new Scandi Doodle Christmas set from Waltzingmouse! It is SUCH a gorgeous set, with intricate, whimsical images! I chose a white card base so that the colored wreath would really pop. I embellished with some clear droplets and a small, silver bow.

I am so in love with Paper Smooches dies! This new die, Hello Love Die, is no exception! Kim's handwriting is great to have in both stamp and die form! I kept my card pretty simple, as I wanted the die to to really shine. I did a watercolor wash of some bold reds and yellows for the background. I spattered a little white paint over the top to create a little more texture. I die cut the Hello Love Die out of shiny gold cardstock and mounted it right in the center. :-)

I received a fun, new Christmas patterned paper pad (Wish Season by Fancy Pants) in the mail the other day and I couldn't wait to use it! The colors are absolutely delicious, don't you think?
I used the Winter Word Confetti Cuts die set along with the Winter Words Coordinates stamp set for the focal strip. I tucked in a little vellum tag, die cut from the Stitched Flag Trio Confetti Cuts die set. I added a few wood embellishments I had sitting on my desk. :-)

Hi friends! I am so excited to be posting along with my fellow Reverse Confetti Design Team members! We are taking part in Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags (this is her 5th year hosting this event)! There are tons of prizes and sponsors, so make sure to check it out!
I used my favorite Reverse Confetti tag, from the Gift Card Holder Tag Confetti Cuts die set! I die cut it out of some patterned paper and then again from a solid piece of cardstock to give it some more weight. I adhered the two bases together and then decorated the front using the Wreaths Confetti Cuts, Holly Confetti Cuts, and the Seasonal Sentiments stamp set.
For the top embellishment, I painted the bottom half of a large silver bell using white acrylic paint, and then covered the painted part with white, fine glitter.

Welcome to the second day of the Crazy For Christmas inspiration event! For three days, the Reverse Confetti Design Team will sharing so many fun Christmas ideas with you! Today, it's all about gift giving!
As a card maker, I really like to give...you guessed it, cards! I usually dress up a little package and give them that way, but people that know me have to expect to receive cards from me. Well, I didn't want to disappoint anyone so I got a head start on one of my card packages.
I whipped up a stationery box using my Silhouette, complete with separate compartments for envelopes and even tags! I should note that I did not see the wonky wreath on my first card until I saw this photo. Sigh... This is what happens when you have a really, really cute 2 year old boy "helping" you with your photos! Ha! But I am glad to report that there was no permanent damage done! :-)
I chose to create my cards and tags with a Christmas theme as I will be giving this as an early gift to a friend. You could totally change the theme to suit your recipient. That is one of the best parts of handmade gifts, don't you think?
So, my stationery box holds 5 cards, 5 envelopes, and 6 tags. I could have probably fit more in there if I had wanted to.
I created two sets of three tags. This is the first design. I used the new Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts, Hang Ups Confetti Cuts, Wreaths Confetti Cuts, and Winter Words Confetti Cuts.
For my second tag design, I used the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts, Hang Ups Confetti Cuts, and the With Love stamp set.
For my cards, I used the same design and elements, changing up only the patterned paper and sentiment.
Each of the cards feature the Seasonal Sentiments stamp set, Wreaths Confetti Cuts, and the Holly Confetti Cuts.
I know I shouldn't play favorites, but this one is totally my favorite card! :-) It's the red polka dots...they make me happy!
