Good morning! Welcome to the October Reverse Confetti release hop! All of the new goodies that you have been seeing over the past few days are now available over at the Reverse Confetti store!
The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Sarah Gough's blog. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new Reverse Confetti stamp sets and dies!
I really enjoyed making this card! It's been a while since I really got inky while stamping! LOL! I created more of a vintage card using the Gift Card Holder Tag Confetti Cuts die set, Holly Confetti Cuts die set, Winter Words Confetti Cuts die set, Hang Ups Confetti Cuts die set, Wreaths Confetti Cuts die set, and the Jolly Holiday stamp set.
For embellishment, I added a button from my stash tied up with some Cappuccino twine.
I am really, really loving the shape of the new Gift Card Holder Tag! I took my cue from the tag shape and rounded the corners on my card...love the soft look it gives!
And now for something completely different... Ha! I had so much fun using the Hang Ups on my first card that I decided to make them the focal image on this next one!
For the sentiment, I die cut the hello (from the Hello Confetti Cuts) out of shiny silver cardstock and mounted it on a black circle (created with the Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts die set).
Next up on the hop is Susan Liles. If you get lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.
Before I go, here is some info on this month's sketch challenge and a fun inspiration event coming from Reverse Confetti...
