I'm continuing to build up my birthday stash, and the newly released Boxes 'n Balloons stamp set and coordinating Boxes 'n Balloons Confetti Cuts die set were just begging to be put to use! :-)
For even more color, I added a little banner (from the Bitty Banners stamp set and coordinating Bitty Banners Confetti Cuts die set) on the bottom gift. For embellishment, I sprinkled on some black enamel dots.
