I am so excited to share with you  my card today!  I just love the new Triangle Tree Die!  It's just pure genius!!  I die cut the tree base from some solid green paper and then die cut the single triangles from green polka dot paper and adhered them to the tree.  For the final touch, I die cut the star (all included in the new Triangle Tree Die set) out of sparkly glitter paper.  I mounted the whole tree on a tag and patterned paper (from the Bella Holly Jolly Christmas collection). 

You are going to LOVE this new release!  :-)

Prepare Him Room

Hi friends!  I'm playing along with September's  Sketch For You to Try!  You can find all the details on the sketch challenge (along with the fabulous prize you can win) over at the Reverse Confetti Blog!

Here's this month's sketch...

 

 

I love circles, like seriously love them!  So you can imagine how excited I was over this month's sketch! 

 

I know I already  mentioned that I love circles, but you guys...look at these Lacy Scallop Circles!!  I have no words!  <3  I embossed one of the sentiment from the Christmas Blessings stamp set onto the small stitched circle from the Pop Up Circles Confetti Cuts die set.  I then layered that on the second largest circle from the Lacy Scallop Circle Confetti Cuts die set.  To dress it up, I tucked some holly leaves behind the circles and some berries on top (die cut from the Holly Confetti Cuts die set).

I am also absolutely loving the new RC Cardstock and Patterned Paper pads!!  I used two different papers from the Very Merry 6 x 6 Pad, along with the following RC Cardstock colors:  RC Aqua, Lime Green, Avocado, and Brick.

Gina K Designs October Inspiration Hops - Day 3

My first card features Claire's new Festive Foliage stamp set!  I just adore this set and all of the luscious greenery!  As with almost all of my Christmas cards this year, I went with a design that could be easily mass produced.  I'm all about efficiency this Christmas!  Ha! 

This next card features Claire's new Compliments of the Season stamp set.  I started by embossing the sentiment onto my cardstock.  I then die cut it out using one of the Double Stitched Circle Dies.  I also stamped one of the snowflakes/stars in the background in a very pale blue color.

My final card features Beth's incredibly cute new Ian Moose stamp set!  I was smitten with this guy the minute I saw him!  I chose a dark gray background and then added some softly falling snow by stenciling on some texture paste.  The scene I created is set in another of the Double Stitched Circle Dies.

Happy Fall-idays - Thanksgiving

 

 

Hi friends!  You are in for such a treat these next few days!  Reverse Confetti is putting on an inspirational showcase event!  Each day will focus on a separate holiday, giving you lots of ideas for the upcoming gift giving season!

Today, it's all about Thanksgiving!   When I think of Thanksgiving projects, the first thing that comes to mind is a handmade hostess gift!

 

One of our favorite things to bring as a hostess gift is a bottle of good red wine.  What's better than a bottle of really good red wine...really good red wine that is all dressed up!  :-)  I used some of my favorite stamps sets and dies from the September release to create this festive wine bottle wrap.

I started by adhering a kraft die cut circle (I used the Lacy Scalloped Circles Confetti Cuts die set) to a band of burlap.  I secured the band of burlap with some removable adhesive so that the original label could still be viewed.  For the focal image, I embossed one of the acorns from the Happy Harvest stamp set and then die cut it out using the coordinating Happy Harvest Confetti Cuts die set.

I tucked several of the flowers and leaves from the Blooms 'N Buds stamp set (die cut with the coordinating Blooms 'N Buds Confetti Cuts die set) behind the acorn.  I embellished with a big twill bow, a wooden heart, and a silk leaf.
