My first card features the new Vogue Vases and Simple Stems stamp sets. Even though these sets are beautiful on their own, they also seem like they are made for each other!
I wanted the pastel vases to really stand out so I paired them with a dark Smokey Shadow background. The vases are stamped in Aqua Mist, Mint Julep, and gold (embossed).
To ground the vases, I added a piece of gold washi tape. I embellished the card with some scattered sequins.

For my second card, I really wanted to create a card that was easy to mass produce. At the end of the school year, I am always needing thank you cards and thought these sets would be perfect to create those.
I started by sponging on some polka dots using the Stencil Basics: Dots and Aqua Mist ink. I stamped the notebook image from the Ink It In: Notebook stamp set and die cut it out using the coordinating die. I stamped the sentiment and pretty flourish in black (both from the Ink It In stamp set) onto the notebook image. I chose a bold red pen to contrast with the Aqua Mist cardstock. I just love all of the different pen patterns included in this set...so fun!
Again, for embellishment I adhered some scattered sequins on.
