Today I'm hopping along with Reverse Confetti, and the theme is Moms, Dads, & Grads!
For my first project, I created a feminine card perfect to give to mom anytime of the year! I started by watercoloring a background using dark pink, orange, and yellow. I then die cut the Linked Circles Cover Plate Confetti Cuts die and layered it over the background. I splattered both the background and die cut with gold paint.
For the focal image, I die cut the flower from the Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts die set out of three different colors of cardstock. The circles, banner, and sentiment are also from the Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts die set.
My next project is a masculine card, perfect to give dad on Father's Day. Again, I used almost all Confetti Cuts die on this card as well, with the exception of one stamped sentiment. I started by die cutting the Tall Stripe Panel Confetti Cuts die out of dark blue cardstock.
The pocket and dad sentiment are from the Tie-rific Confetti Cuts die set.
For the sentiment, I stamped the World's Greatest image from the Tie-rific stamp set. I embellished with several stars, die cut from the Seeing Stars Confetti Cuts die set.
