Good morning!
Welcome to the first day of the Papertrey Ink July release countdown posts! Today I'm featuring the new Fence Line: Summer and Never Enough: Thanks stamp sets.
All of the new products being showcased today will be available June 15th at 10 pm ET.
For my first card, I used both the new Fence Line: Summer and Never Enough: Thanks stamp sets. The Fence Line: Summer is the latest installment of Betsy's seasonal Fence Line collection and it is truly lovely! I grew up not too far from the Oregon Coast and this set brings back such lovely memories of my time there!
The sentiment is from the the new Never Enough: Thanks set, illustrated by Dawn McVey. I have always loved how Dawn can combines different fonts to create sentiments that are lovely enough to be a focal image on any project!
Since I wanted to do a watercolor wash for the background, I embossed the sentiments so that they would stand out more.
To add a bit more dimension to my card, I popped up many of the images using dimensional foam. For embellishment, I added some mini glass beads.
My second card features the Never Enough: Thanks stamp set. I used the bolder Thanks sentiment and stamped it five times. I think the black on white helps to give it the graphic look I wanted to achieve.
To add some color, I die cut the little heart (from the Baby Mine die set) using rainbow colors. I added some machine stitching for a bit more texture.
For my second card, I again used both the Fence Line: Summer and Never Enough: Thanks stamp sets. I created a square window card with the circle window being the peek into the sea.
I decorated the front of the card with the stamped and die cut images from the Fence Line: Summer set. I used the circle from the Noted: Scalloped Square die collection (along with another one a bit smaller from my stash) to create both the circle cut outs as well as the frame.
Here's a look at the inside of the card. I sponged the circle using Distress Oxide inks and then splattered on some water. AFter that was dry, I stamped the sentiment using black ink. For embellishment, I added a couple of the seashell images.

Thanks so much for joining me here today!
