It's day two of the Papertrey Ink January release countdown posts! A brand new year and brand new stamps and dies...yay! Over the next several days we will be sharing projects created with fun and unique new stamps and dies! :-)
Today we are featuring: Worth the Wait stamp set, Even More: Worth the Wait stamp set, Frame it Out: What's Inside stamp set, and Nesting Basics: Ovals die set. All of the new products being showcased today will be available January 15th at 10 pm ET.
A new baby set!! Yes!! The Worth the Wait stamp set (and Even More: Worth the Wait set) is THE cutest baby set! It also has the sweetest tassel banner images that would work for just about any celebration or party! I love it when sets can be used for multiple occasions!
I am completely smitten with these tassels! I added a few hearts to the strings because...well...who doesn't love hearts? :-)
I used ALL the pinks on this card! :-) I added in a bit of white and gold for accent colors.
I think the best thing about the new Frame it Out: What's Inside set is all the clever and fun sentiments! From congrats and celebrations to thanks...it has it all!
For the focal image, I die cut the True Black oval using the new Nesting Basics: Ovals die set. I then die cut the Frame it Out: What's Inside die. I die cut it again using Raspberry Fizz, Harvest Gold, Hawaiian Shores, and silver glitter cardstock to fill in the black oval die cut.
I embossed the sentiments (I used three separate ones here) with both silver and white embossing powder.
For the background, I stenciled polka dots on a Raspberry Fizz card base using Raspberry Fizz ink. For a bit more detail, I die cut the largest die from the Nesting Basics: Pierced Ovals die set.
