This week is all about packaging! The challenge this week is to create something using one of Papertrey's packaging dies or ready made items (like boxes and bags). You can find all the ready made packaging items HERE.
For my project I used the Petal Box die set to create two little gifties. I LOVE making and giving little gifts which is why I love having both ready made items at hand as well as a variety of packaging dies to chose from. You don't have to spend a lot of money on a gift to make someone feel special and appreciated! Some fun chapstick, mini chocolates, handmade jewelry, or some other small trinket make a perfect gift especially wrapped up in pretty packaging.
I decorated each box by stenciling the main box as well as stamping on some flowers. I decorated the tags using the Forest Floor: Summer stamp set. Ever since I first laid eyes on that set, I have been in love with this strawberry! I know this set is designed for summer, but honestly strawberries are too pretty to be limited to just one season! :-)
