Welcome back to day three of the June Ink to Paper release posts! There are some fabulous new products being released this month and for the next several days we will be sharing projects created with them. All of the new products will be available June 15th at 10 pm ET!
Today we are sharing projects created with the following new items: It's a Sign: Beautiful, Geometrix dies, and Simply Sweet: Thanks.
My first card features the new It's a Sign: Beautiful stamp set. This is such a lovely set full of different sentiments that can be mix and matched to create many new ones!
I started by stenciling the background (using the Stencil Basics: Diamond stencil and Soft Stone ink). I combined three of the sentiments, using both Weathervane and True Black inks.
I embellished the frames with stamped and die cut flowers (included in the It's a Sign: Beautiful set).
My favorite part of this set is definitely the wooden frame! I stamped and die cut two different frames, offsetting them a little so they both could be seen. I actually think this frame would be perfect to use with so many different sets, especially Christmas ones!
Note yet linked but available on June 15th 10 pm ET: It's a Sign: Beautiful.
My next card features the Simply Sweet: Thanks stamp set. I kept my card design simple, letting the bold images really stand out.
I chose black and white as my main color combo, only adding in a few pops of color. I knew I wanted a black background but wanted to lighten it up a little so I added a strip of Bitty Big: True Black patterned paper.
Just for kicks and giggles, I rounded the card corners. I think this helped to soften the overall design and helps to tone down the effect of the black background.

My final card features the new Geometrix: Oval die set. I LOVE ovals...in fact they are probably my favorite shape! What is so unique and useful about this die set is how versatile it is! You can cut both the outline oval as well as the inner solid oval. I also love that it comes with a second die that is slightly offset.
I combined both oval outlines on my card. Just for fun, I attached the ovals using a mini stapler.
For the background, I stamped several images from the new Watercolor Textures: Dots stamp set. I wanted to tie in some more of the black so I splattered a bit of black paint on the background.
The sentiment is from the previously release Essential Sentiments stamp set. Those pretty leaves are from the Tag Creations: Blooming Indulgence die set.

Thanks so much for stopping by,
