Ink to Paper - March Release Day 4

Welcome back to the fourth and final day of the March Ink to Paper new release posts!   As always, the release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.  SO many beautiful products in this release, perfect for spreading some a little sunshine to to loved one and friends!

Today we are sharing projects featuring the new Beautiful Bouquet: Teacher stamp set, Love to Layer: Notched die set, Hats Off stamps and dies, and Inside Greetings: Graduation

I will never ever get enough of these beautiful flowers from the new Beautiful Bouquet stamp set!  And since gift cards and handmade packaging are two of my favorite things to gift to others, the new Go-To Gift Card Holder: Flower Pot set is something that I will reach for over and over!

I decided to combine these flowers and flower pot with the new Beautiful Bouquet: Teacher stamp set.

 

I absolutely LOVE this sentiment!  I know I've mentioned this here before, but my boys seriously have the BEST teacher!  My kiddos have been fortunate to attend a small rural school.  Their teacher has put so much time and effort into helping them thrive and even excel.  All three of my older boys are currently or planning to pursue a career in either engineering and other science centered careers (mechanical, physics, and nuclear disciplines).  She has recognized their talents and has gone above and beyond to help them excel, even at the cost of her own personal time.  I'm so grateful for her influence in our kids' lives! 

Using the Gift Card Slider die, I added a gift card to this floral gift card holder.  I stamped the sentiment (from the Beautiful Bouquet: Teacher stamp set) onto the die cut tag (from the Beautiful Bouquet Tag die).  I love how all of the pieces in the Beautiful Bouquet collection works together!

 

 

My second card features the new Hats Off stamp and die set.  Graduation time always seems to sneak up on me!  Every year...I know it's coming, but am always surprised at how fast it arrives!  LOL!  I love how this set contains numbers.  They are perfect to customize cards, scrapbook pages, photos, and even announcements!

For the focal layer, I used one of the new dies from the Love To Layer: Notched die set. 

For the inside, I again used the Love To Layer: Notched die set to create a background to stamp a sentiment (from the new Inside Greetings: Graduation).  I embellished with a die cut and stamped diploma (from the Hats Off set).

Ink to Paper - March Release Day 3

Welcome back to the third day of the March Ink to Paper new release posts!   For the next several days we will be sharing with you projects created with the brand new products!  As always, the release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.

Today we are sharing projects featuring the new A Mother's Love stamp and dies, Charming Tags die set, Beautiful Bouquet: Mother stamp set, and Go-To Gift Card Holder: Flower Pot die set.

One of my favorite things about the new A Mother's Love stamp set is that all of the images can be used for almost any occasion!  

For my first card, I combined the new A Mother's Love stamp and die set with the new Charming Tags die set.

For the background, I did a little ink blending using Aqua Mist ink.  I layered on a die cut border (On The Border: Floral Bliss) and then splattered on some gold paint.

For embellishment, I added a string bow and some gold sequins.

 

 

I have always been a fan of wreath images and this one is especially lovely!  It's the perfect backdrop for almost any seasonal image!

 

I like to add just a hint of glitter to the bottom of flowers.  It adds sparkle but doesn't overpower the image.

 

For a bit of a softer look, I rounded the bottom corners of the card.

 

 

 

My third project features the new Go-TO Gift Card Holder die set.  Ink to Paper has a pretty large variety of floral stamps and almost all of them would work wonderfully with this new die set!

 

I chose some bold colors to stamp the flowers and leaves with.  The flowers are from the previously released Bold Blooms stamp set.

This die set is designed to work with the Gift Card Slider die.  I love how you can use this same die with all of the G0-To Gift Card Holders.

Ink to Paper - March Release Day 2

Welcome back to the second day of the March Ink to Paper new release posts!   For the next several days we will be sharing with you projects created with the brand new products!  As always, the release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.

Today we are sharing projects featuring the new Beautiful Bouquet Background dies, Beautiful Bouquet Outline die, Hers stamp set, Just Sentiments: Mother's Day stamp set, and Garden of Blessings stamp and die sets.

Are you ready to see more of the new Beautiful Bouquet collection?  I absolutely love this new collection of stamps and dies!  My first card features the new Beautiful Bouquet Background and Beautiful Bouquet Outline die sets.  The sentiment is from the new Hers stamp set.  Oh how I love the gorgeous script in this set!

 

I started by die cutting the Beautiful Bouquet Outline die from Luxe Gold paper.  After I layered it on top of the die cut Beautiful Bouquet Background I realized that I wanted to add just a bit of color.  Although painting would be a great way to do that, I was wanting a more subtle look.  I ended up using some small blender brushes and ink pads to add just a hint of color.

 

For the sentiment, I die cut the Daughter stamp (from the new Hers stamp set) onto Tropical Teal paper using detail white embossing powder.  When I had my card mostly finished, I kept trying different colors for the banner but was never really satisfied.  I ended up getting my color wheel out and choosing a complimentary color to the patterned paper.  I really love how it turned out!  :-)

 

 

 

My next card again features the Beautiful Bouquet Background die set and the new Hers stamp set.  I also added a sentiment from the Just Sentiments: Mother's Day set.

 

Instead of using the Beautiful Bouquet Outline die, this time I using the Beautiful Bouquet stamps.  For the color scheme, I chose calming blues and yellows.

 

For embellishment, I sprinkled on several gold sequins.

 

 

 

My final card today features the new Garden of Blessing stamp and die set.  There is so much to love about this set but these flowers and leaves stole my heart immediately!  They are just the right balance of fun and whimsical while also being classy!

I framed the lovely flowers using the Border Bling: Skinny Stitched die set.  To tie in the black of the focal image a bit more, I added a strip of Bitty Big: True Black patterned paper.

For embellishment, I added a tiny epoxy heart to each of the flowers.

Ink to Paper - March Release Day 1

Welcome to the first day of the March Ink to Paper new release posts!   For the next several days we will be sharing with you projects created with the brand new products!  As always, the release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.

Today we are sharing projects featuring the new Beautiful Bouquet stamp and die set, Beautiful Bouquet: Sentiments, and Beautiful Bouquet Tag die set.

 

Oh my goodness, the new Beautiful Bouquet collection is absolutely amazing!  Just wait until you see it all!!  ❤️. My first card features the new Beautiful Bouquet stamp and coordinating die set.

 

After stamping the bouquet, I spritz it with shimmer spray.  I then splattered on some white paint.  For embellishments, I sprinkled on a few sequins.

 

 

 

My next card features the new Beautiful Bouquet: Sentiments stamp set and Beautiful Bouquet Tag die.

 

I adore this little tag!  It is not only perfect for gifts, but it is the ideal size to add to a card!  I die cut two tags and layered them together (one if Green Parakeet and one in Tropical Teal).  The sentiment is from the Beautiful Bouquet: Sentiments stamp set.

For the background, I die cut the Bouquet Backdrop die using Soft Stone cardstock.  For an extra pop of color, I added a stamped and die cut flower from the Beautiful Bouquet set.

I also added a thin strip of True Black cardstock along the bottom of the card.  I like how it grounds the design.
