Hi there! Can you believe it's already time for the July Ink to Paper release?!! I can't believe how fast this summer is flying by!
In two short days, Ink to Paper will release some seriously wonderful new stamps and dies! As always, the new release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.
My first card features the new Growth stamp set. Not only is this set FULL of different plants but also a whole bunch of customizable pots as well!
As soon as I saw this set I couldn't help but think how perfect it would be paired with the Rustic Brick background stamp! Here, I stamped the Rustic Brick stamp in Soft Stone.
I clustered three of the plants together and anchored them on the long shelf (also included in the set).
My next card again features the new Growth set. This time, I paired it with a die cut (from the Geometrix: Hexagon die and the new Cover Plate: Herringbone.
To add a bit more interest, I filled in a few of the rhombus shapes...giving it a different look.
This set is perfect for experimenting with new color combos! Here I chose Honey Nut, Tropical Teal, and Autumn Rose to pair with the Dark Indigo background.
My next project is a trio of cards featuring the new Graceful Wings set.
I created three cards using the same layout. I chose cheerful colors, I mean you can ever go wrong with cheerful colors, right?!!
I stenciled on diamonds using the Diamonds Stencil, giving the background a tone on tone look.
My next card features the new Love to Layer: Flower Fusion die set along with the Just Sentiments: Just Because stamp set.
I just love all of the details ins this die!! So pretty!
I paired the die cut image with a flower and leaves from the Flourishing Floral set. I kept the design a simple black and white and used the flower to add a pop of color. The sentiment is from the Just Sentiments: Just Because set.
