Just Give Me Stamps...

Joyful Noel

 
Hi friends!  I'm sharing a couple of Christmas cards today featuring the Joyful Noel stamp and die set from Concord & 9th!

For my first card, I wanted a modern, graphic look.  I started by stamping the scripty noel sentiment in black on white cardstock.  For a bit more color, I stamped the berries in red between each noel.  I die cut the N, E, and L out of vellum and the wreath out of New Leaf Cardstock.  I popped up the star (die cut from gold glitter cardstock).

 

 

 

For my second card, I went with a more neutral color palette.  After die cutting the J and Y, I added gold glitter to the bottom portion of each letter.  I added some Rustic Jute Button Twine and Burlap for a rustic feel.

Happy Holidays

Hi friends!  I'm back with my second Guest Designer post for Concord & 9th this month!  Have you seen their latest release?  It's truly one of their best yet! And if that wasn't enough, there is a beautiful 3 x 4 stamp that is free with a $60 purchase (trust me, it's gorgeous)! 

 

I truly love the whole release this month, but the Magnolia Wreath just might be my favorite!  I absolutely adore wreath images and this one is both versatile (can be used for different seasons) and elegant!  I really love how there is a separate image that can add detail to the wreath leaf base.  I chose to emboss them in gold, but they would also look beautiful in a darker green!

I topped the wreath with a darker green die cut (included in the bundle) and then added the flowers.  I stamped the sentiment in a deep wine color, trimmed it out by hand, and then adhered it on top of the wreath with dimensional foam.

Season of Thanks

Hi friends!  I'm very excited to be a guest designer for Concord & 9th this month!  Have you seen their latest release?  SO many beautiful stamps and dies!  And if that wasn't enough, there is a gorgeous 3 x 4 stamp that is free with a $60 purchase (trust me, it's drool worthy)!

Today we are featuring the brand new Season of Cheer Bundle.  Oh my goodness, this set is amazing and so versatile!  I just love the watercolor wash image so much!  I used it for my background, stamping it in four different Autumn colors.  For even more texture, I splattered on some brown and gold paint.

I then embossed the leaves on a piece of vellum and trimmed along the bottom of them so that the colors underneath would peak through.

For the sentiment, I die cut the Season and Of Thanks from the included Season of Cheer die set.  I did a little ink blending on the Season die cut to coordinate with the colors that I used on the background.  For the finishing touch, I added three golden sequins.
